Research

During my PhD I was a member of the Body Magnetic Resonance Research Group (BMRR) in the Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at the university hospital MRI Klinikum rechts der Isar of the Technical University Munich. In my research projects I focused on two aspects: water–fat imaging and quantitative susceptibility mapping, both targetting clinical applications outside the brain.

During my time at the Tropeninstitut München, I contributed to some research on Covid-19.

Currently, I only do researchy things in my free time. I enjoy hacking on physics simulations in Haskell using Geometric Algebra.
